2021: Implementation and scaling of EDMS THESIS
Within the framework of the project, automation of document and task management was carried out.
The customer of the project was the regional airline Angara Airlines, an air carrier on local airlines in Eastern Siberia. The sale and implementation was carried out by the Siberian Information Technology Center (ISIB) integrator.
The airline needed to optimize the agreement process. The company had about 40 templates for each type of contract. For each template, a different list of negotiators was defined. As a result, the approval was opaque, the employees did not have information where the contract was located, to whom it was sent.
In addition, the customer had the following problems:
- Documents were often lost;
- The coordination took a long time;
- Performers shied away from the work;
- There were several entry points for documents, several registries and nomenclatures;
- The secretary was loaded (the need to issue document numbers to everyone).
ISIB carried out a comprehensive implementation, which included: audit of business processes, preparation of a technical assignment with subsequent installation and configuration of EDMS.
The Customer has chosen the TEP system for a number of factors:
- Friendly interface;
- Open; code
- Optimal price;
- Suitable for import substitution.
As a result of the implementation of the EDMS THESIS:
- 1. The term for signing the contract was reduced by 4 times (7 days instead of 30);
- 2. The search time for the document was reduced to 1-2 seconds;
- 3. Documents stopped disappearing;
- 4. Transparency of coordination processes (the ability to determine the "weak link" that delays the execution of documents);
- 5. Control of the performing discipline.
