Sber Real Estate Funds use Sintegro OSBU for IFRS reporting

2021: Transition to Sintegro OSBU

Sber Real Estate Funds replaced the accounting system with a solution from Sintegro Consulting. This was announced on August 17, 2021 by representatives of Sintegro Consulting.

The company submits reports not only to the Bank of Russia by industry standards, but also to the Sberbank group close to IFRS. In the previous software for accounting, there were not enough functions, it was not integrated with other systems, and users were not satisfied with the level of technical support for the solution.

The company remained positive experience in using the XBRL Factory, so it chose another Sintegro Consulting product, Sintegro OSBU. Navision's internal ERP system was integrated with it, which Sber Real Estate Funds continues to use. This made it possible not to duplicate the data manually.

"Sber Real Estate Funds" proposed to improve accounting in the program under Article 170 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. Sintegro is finalizing and testing the functionality together with the customer - soon the options will become available to all users of Sintegro OSBU.
