Combining with Comindware Technologies

Comindware on June 14, 2022 announced that, together with Promiz Soft, it had joined forces to provide Russian business with the technical capability to automatically build digital process twins. The partnership will allow the business to automatically identify hidden losses in the processes of companies, instantly audit processes for their compliance with the standard, identify and quickly automate implicit business processes - all this will simplify and accelerate their further digital transformation. The partnership of Russian developers will reduce business dependence on foreign software.

On the one hand, automation of process audit processes will allow analysts to quickly and efficiently identify hidden losses, test hypotheses and increase business efficiency. Promote 2.05: Optimization of the Insider Module and SQL Query Editor

Promiz Soft announced on June 10, 2022, the addition and update of the functions of the process mining Promise class solution.

According to the developers, the insider module (the analytical layer of the process map, which allows) has been updated in the Promease 2.05 version:

• Identify the top N process bottlenecks taking into account all metrics and significance;
• Calculate the potential impact of each bottleneck on the process.

Updates in SQL Query Editor:

Data from any chart, table, or metric can be customized in any way, complementing complex calculations, conditions, and aggregations, using all the capabilities of the widespread SQL language.

• Added options for configuring widgets and analytics panels;
• Built-in aggregations have been added in the Dashboards designer;

Add Process Audit Module and Conceptual Drift Identification Module

In December 2021, Promease users are presented with two modules: the process audit module and the conceptual drift identification module.

The audit module automatically detects all violations and deviations from the reference model and calculates the impact of these deviations on the process. Thus, the audit time and costs are drastically reduced, and the audit results are completely based on objective data.

Conceptual bias is a phenomenon in which the process is modified during the analysis period. Processes can be modified due to periodic/seasonal fluctuations or due to changes in regulations, requirements, organizational changes - including hidden ones. There are not many processes that are stable in time, and understanding conceptual bias is the most important task in process management.

The released update is an important stage in the development of the solution. We are consistently expanding the functionality of the solution and constantly working to improve its stability and speed, including when working with big data. Conceptual data drift analysis is an important practice in data science and the management of machine learning models. With regard to process analytics in modern commercial process mining enterprise-class solutions, such a module is included in the solution for the first time.
