2021: Game of Homes at Bank Home Credit

Client Task

Develop a unique game platform with the legend of the game world, its rules and specifics for involving employees in the formation and development of corporate culture, maintaining team spirit, personal and professional development of staff.

Increase retail employee engagement, decrease staff flow, increase sales.

History of creation

In the previous motivation program, there was no competitive spirit between employees - one of the main driving forces in achieving the company's business goals. Therefore, it was decided to update the program.

Project Objective

The introduction of an updated motivation program using gamification technologies is aimed at increasing employee engagement.

Realization

The game "Game of Homes" belongs to the genre of mass multiplayer online role-playing game (MMO RPG) with a related plot.

The game is aimed at Home Credit Bank employees involved in meeting the bank's targets and participating in business processes. The storylines and characters of the series are taken as a basis, but are interpreted and described in terms of the specifics of the organizational structure of the bank.

Implementation Results

Six months after the launch: 10,000 + employees with access to the game, 4,000 + active users, 4.85/5 - average rating of satisfaction with the game.
