"First Bit" introduced the solution "BIT.Strostvo" in "InSetCom"

On August 25, 2021, the company "First Bit" reported that its specialists introduced their own development of "BIT.Strostroytiya" in the company "InSetCom," automating 33 workplaces and ensuring accurate management of resources at construction facilities in one system.

InSetCom LLC - Design and Construction Company engineering networks at enterprises of the nuclear industry of Russia and abroad. During the years of work geography of construction expanded at both the Russian and foreign levels. The company installed networks at five nuclear power facilities for ROSATOM, among the completed ones - Beloyarskaya NPP, Novovoronezhskaya NPP-2, FSUE PO Mayak, Rostov NPP.

Before the project, InSetCom employees worked in the 1C: Construction Organization Management program, the functionality of which was too extensive, so it was decided to select an information system that supports only current needs. Such a system was the "First Bit" program "BIT.Strostvie," consisting of different modules - they can be activated both simultaneously and as the need arises for the company.

InSetCom has set the project objectives:

• monitoring of requisitions for material and production stocks;
• Reconcile payments to the vendor on orders through the treasurer
• Purchasing materials and distributing them to warehouses
• Carrying out an inventory.

The accounting and tax accounting of InSetCom Company was automated due to the implementation by specialists of the "First Bit" module "BIT.Stroitvito.Contractor."

To automate the tasks related to the logistics of construction facilities and production, it was decided to connect the module "BIT.Stroitvito.Supply and warehouse." Implementation of the module provided employees with the following options:

• Plan the movement of materials to objects
• Manage material requisitions
• Manage purchases
• manage all tasks in logistics of construction facilities material support;
• Manage all inventory activities.

Results:
