Combining the WebRTC-based LG videoconferencing platform with the EMR-based telemedicine ezCaretech application, the solution allows health center and hospital staff to manage administrative processes and update relevant records when communicating remotely with patients. ezOntheCall also covers outpatient services through a portal that allows patients to make a convenient appointment or consultation, as well as receive prescription drugs without visiting their health care providers in person.
