The project with Indian Railways, which annually carry about eight billion passengers, was complicated by the fact that the system should be used on their busiest section and provide simultaneous recognition of up to 50 people in a frame. However, we coped with this task effectively and on time, "said Andrei Telenkov, Director General of the NtechLab.

Video analytics will be used to control passenger traffic, count passengers, as well as to search for criminals. The system can also be used to search for missing people.

The functionality of the solution allows you to recognize faces in the video stream in real time with high accuracy, comparing the results with the databases of wanted persons, and when a match is detected, instantly send alerts to law enforcement officials. The whole process from the actual appearance of a person in front of the camera to receiving a signal takes less than three seconds, which allows you to quickly respond to the occurrence of any situation, "added Andrei Telenkov.

The fact that Indian Railways has chosen NtechLab of the dozens of global suppliers of video analytics solutions testifies to the reliability and quality that our system has already demonstrated Russia in and which is now confirmed by foreign customers. By the end of 2021, we plan to implement at least three more projects in India in the retail, to trade educational field, industries and for the entertainment industry, "said Andrei Telenkov.
