The construction concern "Engineering, Design, Construction" (SK "IPS") completed the project of automation based on the solution "1C: Management of the construction organization". Implementation is executed by 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT).

The growing requirements to accounting and management of concern resulted in need of transition of the company to a new information system. There was a need for creation of a common information space for control of financial flows of the company, accounting of construction production, establishing effective interaction of divisions.

The industry system which is earlier used in the company covered only the sphere of accounting whereas complex automation of different sections of construction process was required for concern.

As a result of implementation of a new solution the following subsystems are brought into operation: cash management, sales and purchases, payroll, personnel records, construction production, accounting and tax accounting. Avtomatizirvoano of 20 jobs.

Thanks to a single system of accounting of payments in the company procedures of a funds expenditure were arranged, financial control improved, unreasonable costs of concern were several times reduced. Now the managing structure of concern can receive detailed "picture" about the movement of financial flows at any moment.

A new system allowed to improve relationship of divisions. Now each of departments can use the necessary internal information concerning work of other departments.

During the project in the company automated management of domestic production of concrete. Now cost data on production, the volume and readiness of products are entered into a single system. The efficiency of receiving production indicators doubled that allows company management to analyze regularly profitability of production and efficiency of production division.

In general, the project allowed to improve financial control in the company, several times to lower unreasonable finance costs, to improve controllability concern and to optimize labor costs.
