Naturus (BIT: Treasury and Budgeting. PROF)

The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed the project of automation of accounting and budgeting in Naturus company. A system is created based on solutions "BIT: Treasury and Budgeting. PROF" and "1C: Contractor of construction 4.0. Management of finance". Problems of accounting and tax accounting, treasurer transactions, budget process are automated. Implementation allowed the management Naturus to control quickly the current financial status and to avoid non-compliance with the planned budgets.

The Naturus company is the St. Petersburg enterprise which is engaged in production of juice and also juice and other soft drinks on the basis of a net natural water. Now the company is engaged in construction of the plant in St. Petersburg.

With formation of Naturus company there was a question of creation of a system for accounting and budgeting. In an analysis result of different offers the management of the enterprise stopped the choice on the 1C:Enterprise 8 system as they are most optimal on functionality, implementation cost and service.

The project was charged to 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) as it has long-term experience of automation of construction companies, is the leader of the rating of Competence Centers on construction of 1C Company and offers own development "BIT: Treasury and Budgeting. PROF" on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform for budgeting solving of tasks. It was decided to automate construction accounting using industry solution "1C: Contractor of construction 4.0. Management of finance".

Specialists of BIT company carried out automation of accounting and tax accounting, treasurer transactions and budgeting. Integration of the program "1C was carried out: Contractor of construction 4.0. Management of finance" and "BIT: Treasury and Budgeting. PROF". After a training course of employees Naturus a system is put into commercial operation.

A system gave to users following features:

• planning and control of budget implementation of cash flow (BDDS), income and expenditure budget (income and expense budget), budget for balance sheet sheet (BBL);
• on-line broadcast of actual data per budgets;
• centralized operation by payments, process of approval of requests for an expense;
• the automated control of the amount of the current payments providing not exceeding of the budget of cash flow;
• formation of the operating plan of cash flow (payment schedule), etc.

The company management notes as the most important results of automation an opportunity to quickly control income and expenses of the enterprise and to avoid deviations from the planned budgets.
