Livelink ECM – eDOCS DM (Document Management) – a document management system – reliably protected environment of management of documents allowing to work effectively with documents in the distributed organization.

Livelink ECM – eDOCS RM (Record Management) a management system for white papers both paper, and electronic. A system makes accounting of paper white papers, registering their location and arrangement in multivolume affairs. A system keeps account of affairs and volumes of affairs according to the rules set in the nomenclature of affairs. RM allows to run the virtual business (which is not existing physically in the form of the folder with paper documents) in which white electronic papers are stored (for example, the signed EDSs). RM regulates processes of withdrawal of documents, movements from one storage to another and other phases of lifecycle of documents.

Livelink ECM - eDOCS KM (Knowledge Management) – the system of analytical processing of texts which has ample search opportunities, supporting morphology of 21 languages and using the developed language of requests taking into account distances between words and weight of terms. KM provides services of the analysis of texts such as annotation, classification, search of similar documents. Special agents of KM quickly react to emergence of significant information in controlled sources and notifies on it end users by e-mail.

Livelink ECM – eDOCS SearchServer – the text search system which is a part of DM, KM, Webtop. A system provides the developed language of requests allowing to look for documents taking into account morphology, thesauruses, to consider distances between words and to make series of the specifying requests.
