2021: Implementation of "XBRL Factory"
Sber Real Estate Funds installed the XBRL Factory to exclude possible errors in accounting (financial) and supervisory and statistical reporting. This was announced on August 30, 2021 by Sintegro Consulting.
The main feature of the system for the company was qualitatively implemented validation and additional checks.
During the project "Sber Real Estate Funds" offered many new functions, which later became available to absolutely all users of "Factory." For example, the correctness of the forms of supervisory statistical reporting (NSO) for the Bank of Russia became protected by additional controls, and in taxonomy they were not.
Tatyana Mezentseva, project manager for Sintegro Consulting, noted that the addition of new, interesting functionality implemented in the program for one of the clients is a useful and frequent practice for all users in Sintegro. Thus, all users can participate in the development of the system.
