BCC completed the works on creation of electronic archive based on the OpenText LiveLink ECM — Document Management 9.7.0 platform. for JSC ATS company

In the project progress problems of stream input of the collected archive of agreements (more than one million pages) are successfully solved, the uniform storage of documents with attributive and full-text search is created, access for users is differentiated and integration with MS Office is provided. Implementation of a single system of electronic archive allowed to reduce considerably overheads, to increase efficiency of business processes of the company, to consolidate and protect the existing business documentation, to increase transparency of activity of specific divisions and the staff of JSC ATS company.
