When using Finnish weather stations, two "vulnerabilities" were identified: internal memory is not enough for; and data archive storage due to a failure cellular communications data during transfer to server may be lost.

To ensure reliable information transfer and long-term storage, Ultrastar specialists equipped weather stations with Galileosky terminals using Easy Logic technology. The received weather data is stored in the terminal, and in the event of an unsuccessful sending, the terminal will continue to attempt to transmit them, while storing them in the backup system. In addition, Galileosky equipment monitors the power supply of weather stations and notifies it of its disconnection.

For two years, an alternative solution based on Galileosky terminals, developed by Ultrastar, did not fail and helped restore data after a failure of the regular system.
