2021: Implementation by Korus Consulting of the Bitriks24 CRM system
On August 31, 2021, Korus Consulting Group of Companies announced that it had implemented the Bitriks24 CRM system for the Uralelectro electrical plant. With the help of the solution, sales employees will be able to work with customers faster, monitor product shipments and payment receipt, and plant management will quickly monitor sales volumes.
Uralelectro is an industrial enterprise with a full technological cycle for the production of electrical products: asynchronous motors, starters, contactors. To build a transparent sales process, the management of the enterprise needed a single system that would automate all stages of order processing: from circulation to sale. At the same time, the tool should have a convenient interface and easily integrate with the accounting system on the 1C platform for seamless implementation.
Uralelectro chose Korus Consulting as its implementation partner. The company's specialists suggested using the 1C-Bitriks24 platform, which, with its flexibility, covers all the necessary functional areas: processing incoming requests, agreeing on orders and contracts, making commercial offers, collecting and storing all information on transactions and the customer base, controlling the date of payment and shipments.
During the project, the IT company set up company cards, orders, incoming requests, contacts, and also implemented a sales funnel. Agreement of contracts and orders now takes place automatically, and print forms (templates for printing documents) have been developed for these processes. The CRM solution is integrated with the 1C platform, which allows you to receive information about companies, orders, contracts in real time and on request.
The specifics of the project were the expanded capabilities for working with product data (profitability, cost, characteristics), as well as for storing receivables, reconciliation processes, and automating notifications. Among functionality - reminders of payment dates and shipments and automates the filling of fields in CRM system cards.
