Project Task

Replication of KIS 1C: ERP UKH for enterprises included in JSC Concern Okeanpribor: JSC Taganrog Plant Priboy, JSC PK Akhtuba, JSC Research Institute Briz.

Situation before start

  • The need to support various accounting systems.
  • Possible errors in data exchange between systems.
  • Absence of up-to-date operational accounting data due to delay in entering primary documents into the system.

Characteristics of the automation object

  • "Production Management" - 435 AWS.
  • "Management of design and preparation of production" - 110 AWS.
  • Supply and Warehouse Management - 300 AWS.
  • "Contract Management" - 275 AWS.
  • The total number of production equipment is 1573 units.

Completed works

  • Analysis of the collected data and ranking of the Group's enterprises by the degree of readiness for implementation of the system.
  • Development of the System replication methodology.
  • Development of the concept of Customer's historical data migration to the target System for each Concern enterprise taking into account its peculiarities.
  • Conduct a workshop to prepare and evaluate the impact of change.
  • Prepare training materials according to target business processes. Preparation of training bases, practical and control tasks, user training.
  • Set up exchange modules with adjacent systems and perform migration (transfer) of Customer's company directories data to the System according to approved design solutions.
  • Installation of the System on the Customer's AWS.
  • Elimination of defects (defects, modifications) according to the pilot operation log at enterprises with the participation of the Acceptance Commission.

The first stage of the project was officially completed on November 30, 2020. In February 2021, the second stage began, which is scheduled to be completed in November 2021.
