On September 3, 2021, Sber introduced SberVox (developed by Sber AI), a bilingual set of tools that allows you to establish feedback with the audience, conduct a opinion poll, and also compose a word cloud based on the analysis of processed data, helping to determine the most popular topics of the discussion.

SberVox consists of three tools:

"Word clouds" - a service based on artificial intelligence that listens to speakers during the session, summarizes what was heard and forms a cloud of words with key topics, displaying the result on the screen in real time. The service is based on the ASR model, which converts the speaker's voice into text and transmits it to the input of the NLP module, which performs its processing, highlighting statistically significant terms;

"Feedback" is a wall of comments service that displays comments, suggestions and questions of the audience after preliminary moderation. This tool supports machine translation from English to Russian and vice versa. The service is also able to determine the tonality and other metrics calculated by the AI, allowing the moderator of the discussion to pay attention to this;

"Interactive polls" - a service that provides the moderator of the discussion with the opportunity to get the opinion of the audience in online format. Panelists can vote in polls using their mobile phones, and results will be available in real time. On the fact of the survey, AI gives out analytics on answers and various insides - for example, clustering the audience. At the same time, the service does not disclose any personal data of the survey participants.
