The Etalon-Lenspetssmu holding integrated accounting of 55 enterprises in a single system

The construction holding "Etalon-Lenspetssmu" completed creation of the unified information system for operational accounting of business activities based on "1C: Accounting 8". A system integrated 220 jobs at 55 enterprises of holding. The project is implemented by 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT).

Earlier at 55 enterprises of holding different configurations for conducting accounting and tax accounting were used. Each system was used for the solution of certain tasks. Reporting required big labor costs. In some divisions of holding labor-intensive processes of accounting were not automated, the reporting prepared manually. The decision on implementation of a new system was made for the purpose of quality improvement and efficiency of accounting and tax accounting, simplification of preparation of the reglamentironny reporting.

The project was implemented in 13 months. The management of holding received the effective tool for control, the analysis and objective assessment of results of work of all divisions of the company. The high efficiency of the aggregated data arriving to the management about primary activity of 55 companies significantly improved controllability holding, allowed the management to receive an exact picture of work of divisions that allowed to improve quality of development planning of business.

The implemented system also allowed to simplify formation of the summary reporting, several times to lower personnel labor costs, to conduct automatic calculation of utilities for residents of the houses managed by the company.

Further creation of a system for automatic preparation of the reporting under international standards is planned.
