This is the third manufacturer project implemented for Slavkali. Nezhinsky mining and processing plant has been under construction since 2016, and the construction of auxiliary CHP 38 MW was the next stage of construction. Di Ferro is involved in the project both as a supplier of metal products and as a designer. In The tasks of the manufacturer's design bureau included the development and design of KMD drawings necessary for the manufacture of enclosing structures:

• coatings and slabs made of profiler;
• walls and partitions of sandwich panels.

The project was developed on the basis of regulatory documents and technical requirements, which were provided by the contracting organization, which performed the design of all facilities of the potash complex.

A distinctive feature of this order was the use of sandwich panels with a PVDF polymer coating with an increased thickness of 40 microns versus standard 25-30 microns. This design choice was due to the features of the operation of the launch complex building. A booster compressor station, a generator switchgear, a gas turbine and a diesel generator plant will be installed here, which implies strict conditions for influencing the structure due to environmental aggressiveness. The PVDF polymer coating is one of the most resistant to any non-mechanical effects, and the increase in its thickness has further increased the protection of sandwich panels from external effects. As a result, the performance of the structure was improved.

In total, three stages of construction of a thermal power plant are planned. At the beginning of September 2021, the construction of the first launch complex was completed, equipment was being installed. The commissioning of the complex is scheduled for the third quarter of 2021, after which Ventall Group will continue to supply metal products.
