Alexander Goncharov - the new general director of Biotek

In July 2021, Genfa Group co-founder Sergei Zhukovsky announced that he was chairman of the board of directors of Biotek. Zhukovsky replaced the founder of the company Boris Spiegel, who by September 8, 2021 remains under arrest in the case of giving a bribe to the ex-governor of the Penza region Ivan Belozertsev.

Earlier, Spiegel announced his desire to cooperate with the investigation, assuring that he was ready to talk about his relationship with the ex-governor. However, according to Kommersant, the owner of Biotek does not give any evidence at all.

According to Zhukovsky, Spiegel invited him to Biotek even before his detention.

At the same time, he claimed that he did not plan a radical rotation of Biotek top managers and that Alexander Krikun would remain president. Until 2006, Zhukovsky headed the Russian representative office of Israeli Teva. In the late 2000s, he worked at IFPDK Biotek, then, together with Semyon and Alexander Vinokurov, founded the Swiss company Genfa.[1]
