Success story
xTuple provided ERP solutions for Richart Distributors, producer and the dealer of pumps, valves and sensors for well-drilling (FLOMORE brand) recently.
Many of the key products Richart are vysokostoymostny components for drilling of the well, made to order according to technical requirements of the client. These components are in five warehouses of the company across all North America; Richart needs to serial track production resources of several warehouses in real time.
After communication with Xtreme Technologies, the outsourcing company providing IT services, Richart decided that time to look for new ERP solutions came. The company concentrated the search on the production focused applications which are simple in use and have the high level of customer service.
Brenda Dzheymson, the administrative director, explained: "We are engaged in oil business, but not the business connected with the software therefore we need what is easy in use".
The first that was made by Richart, the demand in the form of sales orders, with works orders and production planning integrated. After that became possible to install the schedule system of material resources (MRP) reflecting all production process.
"Other clients of xTuple decided to pass more gradually to new features, but Richart used MRP at once, and it already brings income" — Johnathan Williams, the technical director of the company of Xtreme reported.
Dzheymson considers that her company has only a small possibility that can provide xTuple ERP; Richart successfully uses the xTuple system in warehouses of the distributors.
