The pandemic has forced organizations to review how they interact with their customers, staff and suppliers, and determine whether their current systems are appropriate for their goals. Remote work and reduced personal contact have transformed mobility and virtual availability needs and driven the need for more robust human capital management systems to interact with staff. Supply chains are becoming more complex, requiring more complex and flexible systems. Our customers are looking to us for help with these challenges, and Oracle's cloud capabilities will bring novelty to our technology support offering.[1]
