Satellite solutions of RTCOMM will allow residents of villages to make an appointment with medical specialists, receive remote consultations and assistance. Almost all settlements are remote from land roads, access there is difficult. The most remote hospital from the administrative center of the district is located in the village of Ulahan-Kuel. The distance to it from Verkhoyansk is more than 1200 kilometers.
