2021: Supply of Ventall steel structures for plant construction

The opening of Murom the company's plant "," which produces oriented chip boards from low-grade wood, took place on June 24, 2021. For the implementation of the plant project, steel structures with a total area of ​ ​ 39,000 square meters were manufactured at the Ventall site.

One of the features of the built plant was the pure waste-free production of SWP plates on full own support. Also, the project initially included high speeds of design and construction. If, according to the experience of other enterprises, all stages from the development of the project to the commissioning of production are allocated from 3 to 4 years, then a period of two years was set for this plant. Therefore, all participants in the construction had special requirements: it was necessary to strictly withstand the short deadlines of each of the stages.

Ventall was both a developer of CG drawings and a supplier of steel structures. The main production line of the plant is more than 500 meters long, which required the construction of a workshop with an area of ​ ​ about 3 hectares and the construction of many building structures. Due to the complex geology of the site and the peculiarities of the operation of the future building, all elements of its framework had to have a relatively low weight, provide the building with high strength, stability and the ability to withstand daily vibration loads from the operating equipment. Based on these conditions, specialists of the Ventall design bureau have developed appropriate design solutions that meet the listed requirements.

A period of 5 months was laid down for the supply of steel structures for the production workshop. The Ventall plant timely delivered a complete set of buildings - a frame, wall and roof enclosing structures, as well as partitions. Steel structures were also made for the construction of a timber warehouse and auxiliary structures of an electric substation.

At the beginning of September 2021, the building was installed and commissioned. The first SWP plate left the assembly line of the plant in November 2020. The discovery was postponed due to the pandemic and took place only in June 2021.

Participation Murom in the woodworking plant project has become an interesting experience for Ventall. For two years, a high-tech enterprise was built from scratch.
