Epsilon Telecommunications is a developer of technologies for telecommunications networks. The company offers routing, cloud access, networking and peering solutions, as well as manages three data centers in the UK, USA and Singapore. It has 260 points of presence (PoP) in more than 41 cities in 20 countries (by September 2021).

History

2021: KT bought Epsilon Telecommunications for $145 million

In mid-September 2021, the South Korean company KT announced the acquisition of Epsilon Telecommunications. The value of the transaction amounted to $145 million.

KT acquired a 100% stake in the company from Malaysian Kuok. After the acquisition, KT will control a 58% stake in Epsilon, and the remaining 42% will be owned by the private joint-stock company Daishin Securities.

Epsilon operates the Telephone House center with an area of ​ ​ 1 thousand sq.m. and 295 racks in the city. In the USA, the company occupies 743 sq.m. and 100 racks at the hotel, 60 Hudson carrier in New York, in Singapore's New Tech Park, the company offers 500 racks on an area of ​ ​ 1.2 thousand sq.m.[1]
