2021: Approval of the new board of directors of Magnit

September 13, 2021 it became known about the approval of the new composition of the board of directors of Magnit. The number of members in it increased from 9 to 11.

Among the four new members of the Magnit board of directors are three independent. From the previous composition, the board of directors of Magnit included seven people: this is the president and CEO of the retailer Jan Dunning, the president of Marathon ServiceAlexander Vinokurov, representatives of VTB Capital Tim Demchenko and Alexey Makhnev. As well as independent directors Charles Ryan, Walter Koch and James Simmons.
