Biography

Born September 28, 1962 in Chkalovsk, Tajik SSR.

In 1984 he graduated from the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Kazan state the University (since 2010 -), Kazan (Volga) Federal University qualification "mechanic" with a degree in mechanics.

In 1999 he graduated with honors from the Faculty of Economics of Chelyabinsk State University, qualification "economist" with a degree in finance and credit.

1984: Start of work in the internal affairs bodies

In September 1984, he began his career in the internal affairs bodies.

1985: KOMSOMOL

In December 1985, he was approved as an instructor of the Komsomol regional committee.

In 1986 - Deputy Head of the Department of Sports and Military Mass Work of the Komsomol OK.

In 1988, he was elected first secretary of the Moscow RK Komsomol.

1990: Republican Komsomol Organization of the Republic of Tajikistan

From January 1990 to April 1992 he worked as Secretary of the Republican Komsomol Organization of the Republic of Tatarstan.

1992: Volga-Kama Joint Stock Bank and Center for Modern Financial Technologies

In April 1992, he was appointed to the post of head of the secretariat of the Board of Shareholders of the Volga-Kama Joint-Stock Bank, then to the post of head of the department of CJSC Center for Modern Financial Technologies.

In December 1994, he worked in the system of enterprises of the NGO Kazanpolitechnika.
