Twice a year, Cian.ru conducts a large-scale employee engagement survey. On average, pulse surveys are conducted once a month on various topics: feedback on training, on the satisfaction of stakeholders with work with HR business partners, situational surveys to collect ideas or when implementing any changes. In this regard, it was also important for the company to automate this function, which was done using the SAP Qualtrics Employee Experience (EX).

The project on changes in HR processes was implemented in 3.5 months. In the future, the company considers the possibility of implementing the SAP SuccessFactors module for personnel reserve.

Thanks to the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Qualtrix EX, we have a single standardized platform on which we can track and analyze the entire path of an employee in a company, collect feedback. In general, the processes have become more transparent, which has a positive effect on staff - it has become more convenient to undergo training and receive feedback from managers, who, in turn, have become easier to track the development of the team. Cian, in the current conditions, decided to switch to a hybrid work format and most of the employees continue to work remotely.
