Regular modernization of equipment allows the enterprise to maintain a high level of product quality. Under the leadership of Gamayunov, over the past 20 years, a colossal amount has been invested to update the material base - more than 14 billion rubles, and this year - 846 million.

Vasily Ivanovich considers it necessary to invest large funds in increasing the efficiency of supplying the enterprise with energy and water. In the coming months, the plant will launch a new boiler shop, which will reduce the degree of emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere. And not so long ago, the sodium sulfate cooler SOLEX was modernized - productivity increased by 30%, product quality improved.

To send products to consumers, the enterprise has its own station and a section of the railway connecting the plant with the main railway lines of Western Siberia. To accelerate the process of loading and sending cars at Kuchuksulfate, a maintenance point for the train shop is being built.

Much attention is paid to the environment and to improving resource efficiency. Under Vasily Gamayunov, the plant:

• began to apply its own developments that allow the use of technical water for a second time;
• thanks to modern technologies, reduced energy costs for production;
• reconstructed cleaning departments (costs amounted to about 100 million rubles).

Social responsibility

More than 1.2 thousand people work at Kuchuksulfate. Each of them is trying to ensure decent conditions in the workplace, provides support in various situations - the creation of a family, the organization of children's recreation, etc.

Wages of employees are indexed annually. In recent years, it has grown by almost a third - from 39 to 54 thousand rubles. This is significantly more than the average salary in the Altai Territory (28.9 thousand rubles as of February 2021). It is not surprising that there is practically no personnel flow on Kuchuksulfate.

Employees value wages and benefits and guarantees provided by management. Vasily Ivanovich introduced various measures at the enterprise to support employees:

• upon entering into the first marriage, 20 thousand rubles are paid;
• the same financial assistance is provided to the employee at the birth of the child;
• family and lonely people are allocated "lifting" funds;

• the company pays permits for the treatment of the children of employees.

One of the main principles for Gamayunov is justice. Each employee of Kuchuksulfat shall be paid a salary taking into account the amount of time during which he is employed in the workplace.

The organization is interested in the arrival of young personnel, so it finances the training of students in leading universities in Siberia. In the first six months of 2021 alone, the plant spent 117 thousand rubles on these purposes.

Graduates are guaranteed a job in the specialty. A single young specialist receives one-time assistance in the amount of 50 thousand rubles from the enterprise, and families - 100 thousand each.

Biography

Gamayunov Vasily Ivanovich was born in 1957 in Blagoveshchenka. He studied at the pedagogical institute in Barnaul, after which he worked as deputy director in one of the city technical schools, where he was engaged in educational and production work.

In 1984, the future entrepreneur began serving in the KGB of the USSR. In the 90s, Gamayunov remained working in special services. In the new Russia, the Federal Security Service became the successor to the KGB.

The career quickly went uphill. At the age of 32, in 1989, he headed an independent unit in the regional administration of the KGB. The next 10 years was a time of hard struggle against organized crime. The criminal situation in Russia in the early 90s was rapidly deteriorating, the Altai Territory was no exception. Vasily Ivanovich was not afraid of difficulties. The young officer proved himself to be an effective and competent leader.

After 15 years of service, Gamayunov decided to leave law enforcement agencies. The future entrepreneur received a license from a private detective, organized his own security company.

Even after leaving the bodies, the novice businessman continued to help fight organized crime. The entrepreneur set this task for his employees:

• More than 660 complaints about identified offences in Altai have been sent to law enforcement agencies since 1999;
• law enforcement officers opened 147 criminal cases.

Gamayunov's security company cooperates with the police within the framework of the law and helps maintain order in the region. For 17 years, according to the information of the emergency police officer on duty and following the results of joint actions of the emergency police with the police department, 3.3 thousand people were detained. Gamayunov's structures help combat the illegal extraction of biological resources in the Altai Territory. The Ministry of Internal Affairs sent 33 information about such activities. The forces of the private security company detained and handed over to law enforcement authorities 102 criminals, all of them were brought to justice. Thanks to the help of Vasily Ivanovich, the activity of violators in the region was reduced.

Charity

At the initiative of Gamayunov Vasily Ivanovich, a lot of money is sent to various social programs in the Blagoveshchensky district. To help needy fellow countrymen, the entrepreneur established the charity foundations "Care" and "Development." The annual budget of each of them is more than nine million rubles.

The names of the funds speak for themselves - they help people in a difficult life situation, are engaged in the modernization of hospitals and clinics, schools and kindergartens. For these purposes, in 2021, at the initiative of the entrepreneur, the board of directors of the enterprise allocated almost 70 million rubles. With the funds allocated with the participation of Vasily Ivanovich, medicines are purchased for medical institutions, complex surgical operations are carried out.

The businessman also initiated:

• sending 1.3 million rubles for the repair of schools in 2020;

• financing for 28 million rubles of the construction of the temple.

Through the efforts of Gamayunov, sports are actively developing in the Blagoveshchensky district. He initiated the creation of Dynamo clubs for young boxers and football players. The entrepreneur finances away competitions of novice boxers and the promotion of a healthy lifestyle.

Altai residents and residents of other regions can improve their health in the Kuchuk-Altai tourist complex. The balneological center on Lake Kuchukskoye was built on the initiative of a businessman. Over 100 million rubles were spent on its construction.

Awards

The awards of Vasily Gamayunov are a reflection of his rich biography and many years of work for the benefit of his small homeland and the whole country. For the entire period of service in law enforcement agencies, he was awarded medals:

• "For impeccable service" III degree (1992);
• "For distinction in military service" I degree (1994).

In 2003, the entrepreneur was encouraged by the diploma of the FSB Directorate for the Altai Territory, in 2009 - by the diplomas of the Director of the FSB, Commander-in-Chief of Rosgvaria, as well as his merits in impeccable cooperation and assistance in establishing law and order were repeatedly noted by the leadership of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate and the Federal Security Service in the Altai Territory. The businessman was also awarded the Rosguard Medal "For Assistance" in 2019 and other awards. In the spring of 2021, a petition was sent to Moscow to award Vasily Ivanovich with the medal of the Order of Merit for the Fatherland.

May 12, 2021 was awarded the Order of the Russian Orthodox Church of the Right Daniel of Moscow Third Degree.

The efforts of the businessman to modernize production and preserve the natural environment of Altai were not ignored by the state. In 2019, Gamayunov was awarded a diploma of the Ministry of Natural Resources.

Gamayunov Vasily Ivanovich made Kuchuksulfat one of the most successful enterprises in the country. Over 20 years, the production of raw materials and finished products has grown 2.5 times. However, the active development of the plant and the surrounding infrastructure is seen not only by the state, but also by various ill-wishers and raiders who have long laid their eyes on the tidy asset.

The efforts of unclean businessmen against the businessman repeatedly initiated information campaigns aimed at denigrating his good name. In frankly ordered materials and news in the media, Gamayunov was accused of illegal extraction of natural resources. All such messages turned out to be lies.

The entrepreneur has always tried to help law enforcement agencies in the fight against crime. Even leaving the service and going into business, he could not put up with the rampant crime. Gamayunov repeatedly faced threats from organized crime to his family, once his house was attacked. To protect the family, he was forced to file a report on the issuance of service weapons to the then FSB director Vladimir Putin. The request was granted.

In addition to assisting in the fight against organized crime, the businessman helps the material police and special services, as well as their families, who are in a difficult situation. So, in 2012, Gamayunov Vasily provided material assistance to the relatives of the fighters of the Altai SOBR detachment who died in the line of duty.
