2021: Implementation of updated version of industrial equipment monitoring system "Dispatcher"

The National Center for Helicopter Engineering named after M. L. Mil and N. I. Kamova is introducing an updated version of the Dispatcher industrial equipment monitoring system. This was announced on September 21, 2021 by the company Figure. The updated system will include two additional modules - Production Control and Tool Control to improve the execution of the production plan and the accounting of the technical base.

Dispatcher is a universal system for monitoring industrial equipment and personnel, which allows you to monitor the operation of any equipment and workplaces and provide guidance on objective data on production processes. As of September 2021, 15 units of production equipment were connected to the Dispatcher monitoring system in NCV Mil and Kamov. Introducing the "Dispatcher" in 2016, the company was primarily interested in controlling technological data from machines with numerical software control.

An updated version of the "Dispatcher" with the production control module included in conjunction with the ERP system will allow organizing the synchronization of directories and journals, simplify the issuance of shift-daily tasks to the operator's AWS in digital form, as well as improve the quality of production planning and control of the execution of the production plan. And with the help of the tool control module, the management of NCV Mil and Kamov will be able to determine the location of the tool in real time, organize the accounting of the real time of its operation in relation to cutting modes, and generate analytics on the use of the tool throughout the technological cycle. This will allow you to correctly assess the load, the need for the tool, reduce the number of equipment outages, predict the cost of acquiring and restoring the cutting and auxiliary tool, and update existing business processes.

The Dispatcher system allows you to achieve maximum detail of the execution of technological processes, we can evaluate the actual operating modes of the equipment and compare them with theoretical ones, accumulate information on the efficiency of resource use (both personnel and equipment), analyze the causes of scrap, and more quickly identify possible deviations from the planned deadlines.
