The project and engineering enterprise, Uralsoft group, expands scales of use of an electronic document management system Case and implements the Web subsystem "DELO-Web". The project is executed by Medialux company (Ufa).
The company started system implementation of the automated office-work and document flow Case at the beginning of 2009. For these purposes a server part of a system, three places of registration (the full-function client), 17 jobs of a subsystem of "Delo-Web" and the options "Notification and Notification" was purchased. At this stage processes of document registration, execution, approval of draft documents were automated. In a project deliverable time for document handling was significantly reduced. The management saw explicit effect of implementation of EDMS, processes of control of execution and passing of documentation were built.
In June, 2010 additional jobs therefore the number of jobs increased to 33 were purchased. Besides, the option "Opoveshcheniyei Notification" purchased. An important point is, the fact that the enterprise fully scales a system by own forces without involvement of specialists of the company integrator.
