"The Volga Construction Company" started the automation system of management accounting in one day

In "the Volga Construction Company" (Samara) in one working day the 1C: Small Business Management system is installed and brought into operation. Implementation was executed by Komkon project group.

Earlier management accounting was kept in spreadsheets. According to the set purposes at the beginning of 2010 the task to improve operational management of the company was set.

The analysis of a business model and development of recommendations about automation of accounting took six days. One more day was allotted on installation program in five workplaces (the director, the chief financial officer, the head of supply and account managers), user training and on setup of data exchange with a system "1C: Accounting 8".

Since April 15 the company completely passed to conducting operational management accounting in the new program.

Within the project the following tasks of operational management were solved: management of finance, support of motivational schemes, financial planning, planning of volumes of construction and control of execution of plans, activity efficiency evaluation by projects, the organization of an effective inventory accounting and control over material resources for construction objects, management of material stocks, fast execution of necessary documents and agreements.
