"League of Digital Economy" will build a situation center for the head of Karachay-Cherkessia

2021: Project for the construction of the situation center of the head of the republic

AT Service (part of the Digital Economy League) on September 23, 2021 announced that it would build a situation center for the head of the republic in Karachay-Cherkessia. The complex will create an intelligent IT system to support management decisions, monitor the situation in the region, analyze and predict socio-economic indicators. The launch of the platform is planned for the near future.

During the project, the Digital Economy League team will carry out a full range of work on the creation of the 1st stage of the situation center. These include the selection and supply of equipment, its installation, commissioning, certification of informatization facilities and the launch of the complex into industrial operation. A hardware platform will be created for events by the government of the republic, including closed videoconferencing sessions with the participation of municipal, regional and federal authorities.

The project is implemented as part of the creation of a system of situation centers in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, interacting according to a single regulation. This will help regions build effective work in monitoring the public, economic and operational situation with the intellectual support of IT tools. The Situation Center improves the speed and quality of decision-making in the field of public administration, as well as the level of security. The latter is especially relevant for the North Caucasus Federal District, where there are a number of important strategic facilities, tourist infrastructure, border zones.

Thus, we lay the foundation for the digital transformation of the work of the authorities and the entire life of the region. Also important is the support of import substitution and the choice of mainly domestic companies and products for the implementation of the project, "said Ruslan Kovalenko, Minister of Digital Development of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic.
