On September 23, 2021, Accenture in Russia announced the introduction of electronic signature in personnel processes, having developed the corporate cloud service MyAccenture. Now all employees of the company in Russia have the opportunity to issue a vacation, sign internal documents, register and close a sick leave without using paper.

In the near future, the electronic signature will be introduced into the process of making business trips and acts of acceptance and delivery of Accenture corporate equipment in Russia. Also, as of September 2021, the company is analyzing the possibility of signing an employment contract in electronic format.

Employees use the functionality of the MyAccenture service through browsers of enterprise laptops and mobile devices. The solution uses a simple electronic signature approach that does not require interaction with government regulators and certification centers. The company's internal position is sufficient for its use.

In practice, an electronic signature is a combination of an enterprise ID and a unique employee personnel number. The process of signing a document for an employee is to authorize using a corporate account, familiarize yourself with the corresponding document and click the "sign" button on the screen.

The MyAccenture service is the result of the joint work of several departments of the company, which started in March 2020. In addition to the IT team, the project was attended by a focus group of users, representatives of HR, legal service, finance and accounting.

The IT part of the project is implemented by the Accenture Technology Centers teams in Tver and Rostov-on-Don. The solution is developed on the.Net platform, the user interface is implemented using the React library. The service is provided from the Accenture private cloud according to the SaaS model.

Existing solutions in the market are based on a rather complex interface, which involves training in working with programs. The MyAccenture user does not need to read the instruction to start working in the service. The choice of a caste solution is also due to the possibility of creating lightweight and intuitive user interfaces, which imply a quick opportunity for training when using the service, "said Tatyana Matyukhina, manager of Accenture personnel management in Russia.

According to forecasts, in 2022, employees will save more than 15,000 hours of time, thanks to the MyAccenture service. The effect of implementing the solution increases with the increase in the number of employees working remotely, because now they do not need to go to the office to hand over documents, and the company does not need to pay for courier delivery.

Accenture emphasizes that such a decision will provide an opportunity to reduce the use of paper, to contribute to the conservation of forests and other resources.
