Biography

Born September 11, 1946

In 1969 she graduated from Azerbaijani the Polytechnic Institute, "Spinning Natural and." chemical fibers Qualification: "Process Engineer for spinning natural and chemical fibers."

Later she graduated from the Belarusian Institute of National Economy (since 1992 - the Belarusian State Economic University) and the Academy of National Economy under the Council of Ministers of the USSR (since 2010 - the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation (RANEPA)).

She arrived in Shakhty immediately after graduating from the Azerbaijan Polytechnic Institute, became a locksmith for setting up machines at the Shakhty Cotton Plant.
