Inclusion in the Register of Domestic Software

The digital platform "Forced Execution" (CPPI) was included in the Unified Register of Russian Programs for Computers and Databases under No. 11458. This was reported on September 22, 2021 by Red Soft.

The digital platform "Enforcement" is designed for electronic interaction between the executive authorities of the Russian Federation and the FSSP of Russia. The use of CPPI increases the collection of funds to the budget of the region, controls the timing and completeness of the submitted executive documents, reduces the labor costs of officials.

Implementation Functionality and Effects

Functionality of the digital platform for September 2021:

• registers of executive documents
• Control of the terms of conducting administrative offense cases and enforcement proceedings in the maintenance of the FSSP of Russia
• Notification and monitoring of OSS\OMSU employees about events within the framework of automated processes
• Notification of violators on the Public Services Portal about the progress and events in the case of an administrative offense
• Exchange with the information systems of the FSSP of Russia, the GIS of the GMP and the State Post Office on the current formats of the types of information of the ESMEV
• Legally Relevant Document Flow
• Plug-in full-featured module for integration with control and supervisory information systems (REST-API)

Implementation of the Digital Platform "Enforcement" will allow:

• Increase fees to budgets at all levels by electronically transmitting enforcement execution documents;
• monitor the timeliness of transmission and completeness of the submitted executive documents;
• save budget funds through integration with the electronic services of FSUE Russian Post and EPSU (Gospost);
• Reduce the labor costs of officials of bodies and organizations by automating the generation of analytical and statistical reports in electronic form.
