RIA Novosti implements a customer relationship management system

The RIA Novosti company completed the first stage of works on implementation of the automated control system for relationship with partners based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The project is executed by NORBIT company. Creation of the CRM system is intended to optimize the system of sales of all range of services of customer organization.

According to Evgenia Bugas, the deputy CEO of RIA Novosti, the lack of the unified information system became critical to affect efficiency of use of working time and resources recently. The company calculates that the CRM solution of NORBIT developed especially for the media companies will allow not only to minimize an error probability and failures to meet time constraints of execution of works, but also will increase cross-sellings, degree of customer satisfaction of the company and also will allow to carry out deeper analysis of the customer base.

Now the works on consolidation in the system of all database of clients with an ability to manage as the client statuses, replenishments of these client profiles and control of completion dates of works are completed. More than 50 jobs are automated.

Further it is going to automate work of the production divisions which are engaged in development and creation of information and advertizing products.

According to Evgenia Bugas, complete project implementation will allow the company to provide the transparent system of execution of all regulations selling products and services of the agency and to create tools for cost control, risks, profitability and level of a customer loyalty.
