2021: Providing solar energy to the warehouse complex together with Hevel

The group of companies Hevel"" and the company Raven Russia implemented a project to provide the solar energy warehouse complex. This was announced on September 22, 2021 by Hevel.

The first stage of a 530 kW solar power plant is installed on the basis of Speech Park Don Rostov in the region. More than 1300 heterostructural bilateral solar modules Russian productions are mounted on an area of ​ ​ about 10 thousand square meters.

These modules combine the features of thin-film and crystalline technologies: they are distinguished by high efficiency of converting sunlight into electricity, effectively operate in cloudy weather and in extreme temperatures (from -40 ° C to + 85 ° C), have a low temperature coefficient. Due to the use of the rear side, bilateral modules provide additional electricity generation at the level of 10-20%, depending on seasonality and weather conditions.

The forecast annual production of the first stage of SES is 678 MW * h per year. The use of solar energy will, according to company estimates, reduce CO2 emissions by 240 tons annually. It is planned that the solar power plant will provide a significant amount of electricity consumed by the warehouse complex.

As part of the implementation of the sustainable development strategy, Raven Russia seeks to reduce the negative impact on the environment. Raven Russia and Hevel plan to continue cooperation in the field of solar energy, including increasing the capacity of the existing station, as well as extending the experience of using renewable energy to the company's facilities in other regions of Russia.
