The BAM-3 model provides passengers with a complete set of services previously available only in ticket offices. For example, now in the machine you can buy on the form:

• ticket for 1 trip by city transport.
• ticket for 2 trips by city transport.
• ticket without restriction of travel by city transport valid from 1 to 3 days.
• ticket for 60 trips (city transport + IDC)
• ticket for 30 days without travel restrictions (city transport + IDC)
• ticket without travel restrictions for 1, 3, 90, 365 days (city transport + IDC).

In addition, you can buy a Troika card, as well as replenish the Wallet on the Troika card. Various types of travel documents can also be recorded using the machine on the Troika card.

Machines work fully with social cards. Payment is accepted both in cash and in non-cash. The delivery is issued in banknotes and coins. Cashless payment is possible contact and contactless, bank cards including with a magnetic stripe.

Soon it will be possible to record travel cards on alternative ticket media (key, rings, etc.), and tickets of the Troika application - on cobranding bank cards.

According to the customer's estimates, the installation of automatic machines has reduced the queues and the time it takes passengers in the metro to buy travel tickets. Contactless fare, fast passenger travel and reduced likelihood of crowding in front of cash desks significantly reduce the risks associated with the spread of infections, including COVID-19.

The delivered machines supplemented the existing service for citizens to buy tickets through machines in the Metropolitan. In the lobbies of the metropolitan metro, 660 BAM-2 machines were previously placed, which allow you to replenish the Troika card with Wallet and purchase Single tickets for one and two trips.
