On September 30, 2021, BARS Group announced that it plans to update the information and analytical system for monitoring the activities of a network of subordinate budgetary institutions (IAS MDBU), created on the basis of Vodov, until the end of 2022.

The solution is intended for collecting reports at the regional level, as well as for operational monitoring of statistical, financial and quality indicators in socially significant sectors of Tatarstan. The introduction of the MDBU IAS in the organization allows you to speed up data collection and report generation. For 2021, 506 standard forms were developed, which makes it possible to collect and consolidate industry reports within the entire republic within one to two days. The system covers such areas as education, health, sports, the economy, culture, and social protection.

IAS MDBU, developed by BARS Group, contributes to the creation of a single information space for the prompt exchange of data between interconnected structures, automation of business processes and the identification of the most important and current indicators of the activities of institutions, "said Almaz Khisamutdinov, head of the Main Directorate of Veterinary Medicine of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan. - At this stage, we have 418 users connected to the system and 97 report forms have been created. The platform toolkit significantly increases productivity and ensures transparency of all activities.

With the update of IAS, MDBU will receive all the functionality that was implemented in the latest release of Vaults. Visual capabilities will be improved, for example, users will be able to choose themes from the proposed ones. You can also work with multiple report forms in the same tab. In addition, it is planned to introduce an updated version of the designer of reporting forms, which will allow you to access their configuration from anywhere where there is Internet.

We strive to ensure that our users have all the necessary information at hand, since data collection and reporting are a complex and labor-intensive process. IAS MDBU was launched in Tatarstan in 2009, and as of September 2021, 12,000 institutions were connected to it and 9,000 active users work, which indicates the demand for the product.
