The IT system is implemented based on Microsoft Dynamics AX technologies, has all advantages of the centralized enterprise management ERP system. The solution was awarded with "The diploma of the I degree" in tender of developments in the field of informatization of the health care "The best medical information system 2009" which is carried out by the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation.

VS Clinic is the instrument of effective work at all levels of an organization structure of medical institution: heads, financial managers, medical and service staff.

The main distinctive product characteristics are automation of all functions of medical institution, its high performance, scalability, security and reliability, and also ability to integrate with other information systems.

Modules

From the technology point of view, the VS Clinic system represents closely integrated modular structure which can conditionally be separated into the blocks servicing clinical aspects of activity, economic aspects of activity and is information analytical blocks. All blocks have a connectivity to uniform service of analytical and statistical reporting and a corporate portal.

1. Registrar of reception. Creation of registration data on the patient

The block provides acceptance of patients, initial inspection and distribution by medical departments. The patient in a system can be registered manually or automatically, importing data on patients from other information systems

The registration block implements the following functions:

  • Registration of the patients arriving on hospitalization or out-patient treatment.
  • Printout of the documents completed in reception at registration and survey of the patient.
  • Registration of passport and address data, data on health insurances, data on work location, filling primary anamnesises.
  • Registration of events on movement of patients in a hospital (receipts, transfers, leavings).
  • Formation of reporting documents on the movement of patients.

2. Maintaining electronic medical records

A system comprises interactive, dynamically changeable depending on specific department and the attending physician of a form of accounting and registration of all documents concerning stay of the patient in a hospital there are surveys, consultations, appointments and services, minutes of procedures, printed forms of forms of meetings, outputs of the commissions, protocols and the directions.

3. Control of appointment and tracking of use of medicines

The system of creation, issue and tracking of execution of appointments of doctors using the basic and combined templates allows to appoint and monitor conveniently and effectively the actual acceptance of medicines in all types of acceptance (orally, a dropper …). The personified account of consumption of all medicines and supplies is kept. Perhaps to use standard templates of appointments according to the corresponding diagnoses.

4. Appointment and registration of laboratory researches

Purpose of all types of the researches available in this hospital and import of external data. Storage of heterogeneous results of laboratory and functional and diagnostic inspections in the uniform data warehouse in a binding to the specific patient is made. The graphic system of comparison of the used option (dose) of treatment to the actual objective parameters (temperature, pressure, blood …) traced on a regular basis gives the chance to visually estimate effect of impact of a course of treatment on the patient's status. Graphic representations allow to make quickly assessment of Big and difficult Data, facilitating the overview of trends and ratios between any planned key targets and the achieved results of treatment. The analysis and systematization of these data gives the chance to develop effective templates of appointment.

5. Operational block

In the operational block maintaining reference books of operating tables, transactions, groups and transaction types, postoperative complications and supplies is performed. The personified accounting of a consumption of all medicines, constructions and supplies on each patient allows to carry out complete cost accounting of transaction. Maintaining the diagram of transactions helps to perform scheduling of work of operating rooms. Registration and printing of surveys, consultations, protocols and printed forms of documents is made similar to the block of electronic clinical records.

6. Export import of medical information

The medical subsystem has enhanced capabilities on implementation of export-import transactions. Depending on type of an external information system different mechanisms of exchange of information from simple text before direct access to external data are used. Main data streams:

  • Import of results of researches from the different specialized programs servicing the medical diagnostic equipment.
  • Export-import transactions in the systems of health insurance
  • Import of payments for the provided services from an accounting system.

7. System of the state order

The solution VS Clinic has opportunities for registration, planning and control of limits of financing.

The module "System of the State Order" provides the solution of the following tasks:

  • Maintaining qualifiers:
    • - The qualifier of the nomenclature for determination of an order placement method (RCEAP)
    • - The qualifier of the nomenclature for control of homonymy (OKPD)
    • - The qualifier of the nomenclature for integration with an electronic document management system of EDMS (OKP)

  • Formation of requests for determination of the needs for structural divisions on delivery of Inventories, works, services.
  • Control of need of acquisition of Inventories, or covering at the expense of a remaining balance available.
  • Formation of requests for acquisition of Inventories, works, services.
  • The statement of financing sources on purchases.
  • Formation of technical specifications in case of holding auctions, quotations, tenders.
  • Planning of actions for holding procedures (auctions, quotations, tenders).
  • Registration of results of holding procedures.
