The Far Eastern network Remy"" increased the effectiveness of cash line control. This was announced on October 5, 2021 by the company. CSI

Remi is one of two retailers in the Far East. The group of companies includes the Remi wagon chain and the Economych food discounters; as of October 2021, about 100 stores in all large settlements of Primorye, in Khabarovsk and the Sakhalin Region.

Since 2015, Remi has used a specialized system to control cash transactions. It synchronizes the video stream from the camera directed to the cash register with events in the cash register system - and automatically detects suspicious incidents. This helps the retail chain eliminate cash line errors, reduce direct financial losses from cashier violations, and eliminate reputational losses that lead to outflows of buyers. High quality of service is the priority of the retailer. Remi uses the Set Prisma cash transaction control system from CSI - it operates at all 500 cash registers and is integrated with the UKM Supermag system, which employs network cashiers.

In 2021, Remi modernized the format of working with SKKO. If previously Set Prisma employed security personnel directly in stores, now the process is partially centralized. A special monitoring center has been created - these are full-time analytics employees who are professionally trained to work at Set Prisma, who now process data from almost a quarter of all stores. The efficiency of handling incidents has increased, general statistics on the network, important for the further work of the Security Council, began to accumulate.

In 2021, we optimized work with the Set Prisma cash transaction control system, made the process more convenient and began to save more resources of Remi Group of Companies. We analyze all the identified errors in order to prevent their repetition, improve discipline, eliminate losses. For us, this is an important resource - without Set Prisma, thousands of violations would simply remain behind the scenes. Without naming the specific (very significant) amounts that we save with the help of SKKO, I can confirm the feasibility of this tool for any retailer, "said Silin Mikhail Mikhailovich, head of the internal security service of Remi Group of Companies.

Over the month, at 24 stores, the monitoring center identifies almost 4,000 violations. Most often there are standard for retailers: skipping during scanning, scanning outside the check, punching goods with a notoriously low weight - mostly erroneous. As for intentional violations - the very presence of the system, as well as the consequences of their detection for specific employees, work as a prevention for everyone else, "healthy" outlets.

Remi plans to further develop work with SCCO in the direction of centralization as far as technical and architectural capabilities are possible.
