On October 4, 2021, Navicon announced that it had developed a temporary employee selection application with Freework.

According to the company, the leaders of the company had the idea to further speed up and optimize this process for all participants. When hiring temporary employees, the speed and clarity of each step, as well as the automation of all routine procedures, play a key role.

The idea was realized: the Freework platform quickly closes the needs of both parties - employers in need of temporary employees, and applicants who want to find part-time work.

As of October 2021, the platform has a separate application for employers (WEB room, applications under OS iOS and) Android and for mobile applications applicants. They create functional interfaces that allow you to automatically check and register applicants, search, plan, track, complete and pay for tasks.

All necessary integrations with internal accounting systems were also implemented so that registered employers could find any temporary employees in any region of Russia in just four working hours, and applicants could find part-time work.

Finding and hiring temporary employees for employers is often associated with difficulties caused by tight deadlines, rapidly changing requests, and the labor-intensive business processes associated with the registration and dismissal of employees. The Freework platform automates these tasks.

The design and development of the frontend, as well as the integrated project management commissioned by Freework, was performed by Navicon (system integrator and developer) together with its partners. Business representatives, design teams, frontend development, backend development, and testers worked on the project.

The agile approach to project execution helped to implement various ideas in real time and implement them in the development process. Daily mitapes of teams united all participants and provided a continuous process of development in the context of a changing vision of functionality.

The beta version of the Freework platform was launched in February 2021. As of October 2021, the system operates for a wide audience, and the number of users is constantly growing.

In the process of working on the application, various ideas appeared that needed to be taken into account. Therefore, the Navicon team applied the principles of the Agile approach, which allowed us to perform work on time and quickly make changes to the product.

Outsourcing agencies cannot always cope with the task. In addition, if a store requires, for example, a warehouse worker or a delivery worker for one work shift, it is irrational to contact the agency. This product allows you to find temporary employees in just a couple of hours. At the same time, all social guarantees also remain on our side, and business can focus on its development.

The applicant can become a user of the application for free by downloading it App Store to or. The application user can select projects according to various parameters, including filtering by functionality, company, its location, cost of work, schedule. The notification system recalls the need to agree and sign the certificate of services performed. Within 1-3 business days after confirming the certificate, a reward is received on the user's bank card. All documents come to the application and are stored there.

As of October 2021, the platform continues to develop. Employers and applicants will have various opportunities: employers will be able to create ratings for freeworkers and choose which of them to work with. In the updated version of the platform, the employer will also have the opportunity to configure the types of notifications that they want to receive and the time of their arrival. Applicants will be able to choose priority companies and receive notifications about offers from them. The platform will also support work with self-employed.
