If you refuse to record, virtual the assistant can cancel the reception and suggest another time. Per month, the robot can make more than 20,000 calls. In the first three weeks alone, the virtual assistant helped a quarter of UMMC-Health patients cancel the appointment or adjust the date and time of the visit, and record new patients in their free place, which reduced the financial clinic's losses.

The launch of the dialog assistant is the result of the joint work of the UMMC-Health clinic, the CST group of companies and the Sverdlovsk branch of Sberbank.

The robot voice was created from scratch on the basis of synthesis, which made it possible to achieve smooth speech of the assistant, with correct intonations and semantic stresses. Timbre and the manner of speech tried to make natural, bringing as close as possible to the usual human speech. Speech recognition technology is used to understand the meaning said by the patient. A feature of the technology used is the ability to recognize spontaneous, not always intelligible speech, even if the patient calls from a noisy environment, interrupts the robot. All technologies and solutions that are used in a voice robot are created in the CST, "said Dmitry Dyrmovsky, general director of the CST group of companies[1].
