On October 7, 2021, Korus Consulting Group of Companies announced that it had taken part in the design of targeted processes for automation of external electronic document management (EDO) for VTB Leasing. A detailed report and a step-by-step automation plan for each EDO unit allowed VTB Leasing to optimize the electronic document management system for interaction with customers, suppliers and government agencies.

At the initial stage of the project, Korus Consulting held sessions with employees of three VTB Leasing areas, during which a heat map of process readiness and a detailed list of processed documents were formed, as well as key problem points of document flow were identified. Based on the analysis, IT experts prepared the concept of the EDO solution architecture, created an automation roadmap and developed target processes for pilot volume documents up to the movement of each of them in the system. Based on the results of the pilot project, Korus Consulting specialists also prepared a detailed list of functional requirements for process automation and helped prepare Request for Proposal (a request for proposals that includes business requirements).

The implementation of the proposed recommendations will allow VTB Leasing to finalize the process of automating document handling and implement a single solution, which includes integrating the company's internal systems with a gateway already connected to several EDO operators.
