Project Objectives

• Build and automate processes to get up-to-date and timely information for management decisions.
• Provision of automated uploading of data on retail objects into a centralized database - organization of consolidated operational accounting.
• Organization of commodity and financial accounting, including arrangement of mutual settlements.
• Organization of automatic creation of contract orders in integration with electronic document flow system - EDI loop.
• Implementation of legal requirements.

Situation

As the company developed, the operating solution ceased to meet the needs of the developing network:

• Lack of timely exchange between cash registers and the goods-accounting system;
• absence of automated communication with EGAIS;
• Inability to make timely management decisions due to late receipt of accounting data;
• The emergence of new legislation that required major improvements to the existing solution.

Decision

The software solution was selected by the Customer. The Contractor's forces conducted an audit of the processes execution for their construction in order to solve the Customer's problems.

As a result of the audit phase, the Contractor solved the following problems of the Customer:

• Management decision-making by centralizing accounting.
• Timely receipt of sales reporting data.
