Content

2017: Implementation of "1C: ZUP" in the Department of Judicial Department of the Republic of Tatarstan

Project Objectives

  • Replace the released configuration
  • When replacing, keep the typical 1C configuration as much as possible for self-updating the system;
  • reporting directly from 1C;
  • ensuring the uninterrupted functioning of the System, reducing the risks of maintaining the System;
  • ensuring compliance of regulated reporting with legislative changes.

Situation

The system "1C Salary and Personnel of a State Institution," developed on its own, became difficult to accompany. 1C removed the release from support, it was not possible to finalize the legislative changes on your own.

The Customer has previously independently studied that in the current release of the configuration it is realized that in the operating system it was refined on its own.

Contractors to whom the customer had previously addressed could not achieve the goals.

Decision

During the implementation of the project, the following stages were completed:

  • Survey of payroll processes, interviewing Customer's key users.
  • Familiarization with the operating database in terms of available modifications and used functionality.
  • Analysis of coverage of business process requirements with standard solution 1C: ZUP 3.1 in order to create requirements for setup, rework.
  • Customer's project team training for pilot operation and preparation for replication.
  • The following steps were performed for 6 selected divisions, for process debugging and further replication in the remaining divisions:
    • Preparation for pilot operation, including development, configuration of the prototype and loading of archival data.
    • Pilot operation in one calculation period in the scope of all processes;
    • Elimination of comments and rework based on pilot operation results;
    • Commissioning.

Results

  • 1C: Accounting independently, without the participation of the automation department, generates and consolidates reports throughout the organization; Reporting time reduced by 30%.
  • Integration with the accounting system is automatic;
  • Automatic exchange with banks within the salary project;
  • Electronic document flow with FSS within the pilot project has been established.
  • The configuration complies with the legal and process requirements of the customer.
