Project Objectives

Situation

Main project issues:

  • lack of a unified information system;
  • limited functionality of the system used;
  • Considerable order processing time
  • availability of manual operations;
  • disparity of users "work;
  • limited functionality of the used system with the inability to provide:
    • high intensity of warehouse operation;
    • Handling a large volume of orders;

  • The high complexity of planning tasks for selection and allocation of resources;

Decision

To achieve the goals, the following objectives were achieved:

  • A single warehouse management solution has been created with the complete replacement of disparate systems;
  • Optimization of warehousing processes is carried out by describing the processes "as will be" and their subsequent modeling on a typical solution;
  • refinement and development of the missing functionality;
  • Integration of the solution with specialized bar coding equipment.

As a result of the project, the client received an automated opportunity:

  • accounting of goods according to different characteristics (by series, by lots, by FIFO method, accounting by packages, by HGC);
  • Employee KPI;
  • yard control;
  • billing of warehouse operations;

  • flexible reporting mechanism;
  • about 30 workplaces are automated.

Results

  • reduction of labor costs in departments, reduction of labor costs for processing of documents and printed forms - 15%;
