2018: Create a single, comprehensive information solution for business management

Project Objectives

  • Creation on the basis of "1C: ERP" software of a single comprehensive information solution for management of operating (production) and financial and economic activities of Betar PKF;
  • Improving the efficiency of regulated and financial accounting due to timely registration of business facts;
  • Localization of information flows within one solution "1C: ERP";
  • Ensuring uninterrupted functioning of the System, reducing risks of maintaining the System;
  • Ensuring compliance of regulated reporting with legislative changes.

Situation

  • The main accounting system is "1C: UPP," in which only accounting works. The system is highly castomized and labor-intensive in operation.
  • Lack of operational accounting in warehouses and production, impossibility of control and cost management.
  • The company is experiencing growth diseases: most processes are performed informally and have become unmanageable.
  • Manual planning system fails, resulting in financial losses.
  • Customer's desire to minimize system software costs - use the Linux+PostgreSQL platform.
  • Lack of relevance of NSIs.
  • No prompt reporting.

Decision

To achieve the goals, the following objectives were achieved:

  • Consultations were held on the choice software and options for its support;
  • collection and analysis of customer requirements for the automated system;
  • methodological support of specific features of accounting and control in the automation system (requirements for adaptation);
  • creation of interfaces and sets of user rights;
  • technical implementation of specific features of accounting and control in the automation system (adaptation);
  • updating of regulatory reference information;
  • Initial settings have been created for the standard/industry solution (program) to start record keeping;
  • Initial residues input/assistance with initial residues input;
  • Migrate data from previous automation systems
  • individual user training at the customer's office.

Results

  • Reduction of inventory - 10%;
  • Reduction of material resources - 8%;
  • Reduction of production cost - 5%;
  • Productivity growth in production - 10%;
  • Increase in inventory turnover - 15%;
