2018: Implementation of "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0 "
Project Objectives
- Provision of production with components (PCI, PCA, materials) "exactly and on time" in accordance with the production plan;
- Improving warehouse and inventory management
- Automated planning of design production;
- Obtaining operational information on all stages of the production process
- Building a performance monitor for managers
Situation
The Customer has identified the following list of issues: Unreliable Accounting and Planning:
- Manual procurement planning;
- Production planning is automated in part;
- Warehouse accounting and inventory management are not operational.
Long lead times for orders:
- It is not possible to estimate the actual terms of the order;
- unbalanced deliveries of materials and components;
- Lack of operational information on production progress, procurement execution, inventory status.
Obsolete ACS:
- the main ACS operates on the EU computer. There is a shortage of staff to support and develop it. Development tools and user interface do not meet modern requirements;
- I&C subsystems interact weakly with each other, representing a set of separate software products. There is no single information space;
- complex integration links between APCS components.
Results
Project documents are generated: target business process diagrams; A customized model in the information system list of required modifications; requirements for NSIs; description of interaction with adjacent systems. This project documentation allows the customer to begin the implementation and implementation phase of the system.
