2021: Launch of personnel platform of health organizers
In October 2021, the Central Research Institute for the Organization and Informatization of Healthcare (TsNIIOIS), subordinate to the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, launched a personnel platform for managers in the medical sector. The project is designed for current and future health care organizers who want to develop medicine in their region and beyond.

Professionals with higher: medical, economic, legal education will be able to participate in the project. Users of the platform will be able to exchange experience and receive advice from colleagues, apply for managerial positions at various levels, as well as contribute to the development of strategic initiatives and industry projects for the whole country.
The project website also notes that by joining the platform, the specialist comes to the attention of the first persons in the health system (the leadership of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation) and will be able to apply for managerial positions at various levels. The operators of the project are TsNIIOIS of the Ministry of Health and the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation (RANEPA).
